A proper stretch away. Four nights at Les Ormes in the Bourgogne, an hour and a half from Paris. Daily practice woven into long mornings and slow evenings. Movement first thing, time outside, food that you didn't have to think about.

You arrive carrying the year so far. You leave with the kind of quiet that doesn't wash off in a week.

What the days hold

Mornings open with breath and movement. Afternoons go softer. Time outside, longer meals, reading, walking, doing very little on purpose. Evenings close with a short practice and quiet.

Small group. Shared house at Les Ormes. Real food. Time that belongs to you.

Held together with Lente Michels. She brings vinyasa, yin, breathwork and sound healing to the practice. 800+ hours of training, the same care for atmosphere and detail you've felt in everything else.
