Les Ormes, the countryhouse in the Bourgogne

15 to 19 September · Tuesday to Saturday · Bourgogne

Five slow days
in the countryside.

Five slow days at Les Ormes in the Bourgogne, an hour and a half from Paris, to work the body, regulate the system, and come home to yourself.

A private countryhouse.
Eleven women only.

The invitation

Five days of the opposite.

Most of us are running on a system that never gets to rest. We live in our heads, we move fast and think faster, and somewhere along the way we lose touch with the body carrying us through all of it. We forget what it feels like to be fully in it. To feel energy move. To feel joy for no particular reason.

This is five days of the opposite. A small group of women. A stone house in the French countryside, surrounded by fields. Slow mornings, real food, movement and breath that pull you out of your head and back into your body. Five days to let the energy flow again, to tap back into your own aliveness, and to remember what actually lights you up.

This is the full Cultivaete method, lived in for a week. A way of being you take home.

What this is

The body, the nervous system, and the mind.

Cultivaete is built on three things. Most retreats give you one. This gives you all three, woven together across five days so the work actually lands and stays.

work the body

Daily movement that sculpts and strengthens, always with body awareness. Pilates-informed classes, yoga and movement that wakes up your joy and intuition.

regulate the system

Breathwork, deep rest, and nervous system tools you keep for life. This is where the real reset happens.

train the mind

The inner work. The beliefs, the patterns, the stories you tell yourself. Guided sessions to notice what's been running the show, and to choose something new.

A sample day

How a day might flow.

No two days are the same. Lente and Claire read the room and shape each day around where the group is. But a day in the house often moves something like this.

From waking
Tea bar & matcha station A slow start in the garden.
08:30
Movement or workshop The Cultivaete practice with breathwork, or a guided session to open the day.
10:00
A long brunch Farm-to-table and generous, with a touch of croissant. The tea bar and matcha station stay open all day.
Afternoon
Workshop and free time A guided workshop (inner work, cooking, or life mapping), then the afternoon is yours: the pool, the garden, a silent walk, a nap.
16:00
Restorative practice Yin yoga & sound healing.
19:00
Candlelit farm-to-table dinner
20:30
Cultivaete card ritual & journal

The setting

A stone house in the countryside.

The kind of place you've saved and never quite believed you'd stay in. Fields and light and long tables outside, around the pool and the most lush garden.

Les Ormes sits in the Bourgogne, an hour and a half from Paris. Close enough to reach easily, far enough to feel completely away.
