Most of us move too fast to hear what the body is saying. This is an hour to slow down enough to listen.

breathe

The thread through every class. How the body lands at the start, resets between movements, and settles at the end. The constant you keep coming back to.

02 move Read+
move

Pilates-informed sculpt, layered with breath the whole way through. A real workout. The body needs to move the energy before it can let any of it go.

03 regulate Read+
regulate

The room slows down and you learn one nervous system tool. A breath pattern, a way back to calm. Something you keep, for any time you need it.

04 cultivaete Read+
cultivaete

Every class closes softly, with journaling and guided visualization. A few quiet minutes to name what you're cultivaeting. The feeling stays with you long after.
