Most of us are running on a system that never gets to rest. We live in our heads, we move fast and think faster, and somewhere along the way we lose touch with the body carrying us through all of it. We forget what it feels like to be fully in it. To feel energy move. To feel joy for no particular reason.

This is six days of the opposite. A small group of women, a house in Begur, and the Mediterranean within reach. Slow mornings, real food, movement and breath that pull you out of your head and back into your body.

This is the full Cultivaete method, lived in for a week. A way of being you take home.

Cultivaete is built on three things. Most retreats give you one. This gives you all three, woven together across six days so the work actually lands and stays.

No two days are the same. Claire reads the room and shapes each day around where the group is. But a day often moves something like this.

No. Everything is adaptable, and the practices meet you where you are. You just need to be open.

What does it cost?

You arrange your own travel to Spain. We'll share a meeting point and the practical details once you're booked.

What's the food like?

Seasonal, local, anti-inflammatory, and genuinely delicious. All meals and snacks are included and prepared fresh for you. Dietary needs are catered for, just let us know.
